I grew up along the west coast in florida in small town called Hudson; at a young age I was drawn into the love of helping heal others. I would rub my fathers back and as a teenageer I would massage coworkers shoulders in a restaraunt. I have been a massage therapist for 13 years. I studied at an accredited 940 hour program in Clearwater Florida. I
I am Chrystal Sizemore, I am a licensed massage therapist, kinesio tape level 2 practitioner and Medical massage practitioner. I have been practicing massage since for 13 years now, I originally went to school in Clearwater Florida at Edu Tech an accredited school with a 940 HR program to become an LMT. I specialize in Neuromuscular massage and Therapeutic touch, deep tissue and sports massage. I practice prenatal massage, multiple body treatments and massage with application of heated stones. Currently I am working to expand my knowledge and get certified as a reiki practitioner and learning more to incorporate Crystals and stones into my healings.
I knew at a young age I was born to help heal and guide others. I have a natural passion to be a listener and a giver a helpful ear and a warm hug. I feel as though my true calling is to be a life coach and combine all of my services and pay it forward.

I originally moved to the keys in 2012 and felt an instant connection with the community and love. I have a strong drive to travel, to see, to meet and to do. I enjoy spending my free time on the water or in nature, camping and hiking, drawing or reading. At my Palm Harbor location I only offer mobile massages. In the keys I offer in home massages and also offer massages at A Caribbean Dream Day Spa or Little Palm Island. While I am traveling I also offer mobile in home massage.
